Internships
The Missing Piece Foundation (TMPF) offers paid internships and up to 6 course credit hours to students interested in the various internships through the Arizona State University Hugh Downs School of Communication. Internships consist of supervised field experiences and are available to qualified upper-level undergraduate and graduate students. An internship is an opportunity for you, the student, to pragmatically apply your communication expertise to a professional setting. Working in a professional environment will enable you to see how your education fits into the "bigger picture" of professional life. You will also learn those things about communication dynamics that can only be gleaned from practical experience in a non-profit setting.
